Rah Kalon, Self-love activist, educator, and host of the EiQ podcast "EnergyNMotion", works
with individuals seeking to re-establish a loving relationship with themselves within, and outside of, social standards. After receiving their Masters in Clinical Counseling, they chose Self-love coaching as a way to fill the cups of countless others with something they have an abundance of, love.
What are you doing in your craft that impacts your community?
I hold space and facilitate conversations that expand emotional intelligence, compassion, and consciousness in my community via coaching, the podcast, and by walking in my purpose daily.
What advice would you give to someone looking to follow your path in the industry?
Find what feeds you and share it. It's the best way to remain committed. If you don't value it, it's hard to connect with others who will be interested in what you're offering, and you deserve to appreciate what you're investing your time in. Be patient with yourself, have fun figuring it out, and remember that you don't have to have it all figured out to move forward.
What is one quote you live by?
"I have everything I need to gain everything I want."
