Aside from running this movement since 2014 and helping thousands of women on the way,   throughout the double pandemic our founder Alexandra Bernard-Simmons has been a staple for the black community. She jumped straight into action by sewing over 300 masks for hospitals and the homeless, created free and affordable content for struggling and aspiring entrepreneurs to aide in their pivot, expanded her Spiritual practice to provide free Reiki for Black women, and so much more! The biggest project throughout this pandemic will make history! Think Like a Boss will be spearheading the 1st Black Owned Supermarket in the tri state area in the effort to combat economic and systematic change. With private investors, support from the community, and celebrity friends like Malik Yoba , Alexandra and her #Bosstribe are the voice of change. What advice would you give to someone looking to follow your path in the industry?

In order to lead anyone you have to know who you are and show up as your authentic self. But remember being authentic also requires the courage of being disliked. Be brave and show up as who you are meant to be.

What separates you from your competitors?

My commitment to integrity and transparency. Being a social entrepreneur means your work is for the people. People don't simply buy into businesses they buy into the brand. And I am my brand. You have to stay grounded in your morals while making boss moves.
